Who we are

QLD Pool Installs is a South East Queensland-based pool company servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Logan, Ipswich and Northern NSW. We design, build and renovate both fibreglass and concrete pools, with hundreds of installations completed across the region. As a locally owned and operated business, every project is handled by a team that lives, works and swims in the same backyards we build for — not a national chain or a franchised sales office. That local accountability is the backbone of how we run jobs and how we treat the families behind them.

Our story

QLD Pool Installs was started out of a simple frustration — too many Queensland families were being sold pools they didn't really want, by people who disappeared the moment the excavator left the driveway. We wanted to do it differently. With decades of combined experience across new pool builds and full renovations, our team set out to be the pool company we'd want for our own homes: straight-talking, technically sharp, and genuinely invested in the finished product. From a first-time family pool in the suburbs to a complete rebuild of a tired 90s shell, our passion is the same — helping homeowners finally get the pool they've always pictured.

What we do

We focus on three core services, and we treat all of them as our specialty rather than a sideline:

• New fibreglass pool installation — premium Australian-made shells, fast install times and a clean, low-maintenance finish that's hard to beat for value.
• New concrete pool installation — fully custom shapes, depths and finishes for blocks and designs that need a one-off, architect-grade build.
• Pool renovations — including pool resurfacing, waterline and full tiling, coping replacement, equipment upgrades, heating and pump retrofits, and complete transformations of older pools.

We don't push one pool type over the other. Fibreglass and concrete are both excellent options — the right choice depends on your block, your budget and how you want to use the pool. Our job is to give you the honest pros and cons of each so you can make the call with confidence.
